VPS Companies offering additional IPV4

Hi! I am wondering if any of you guys know any decent companies offering VPS with the option to add additional ipv4 onto? I found intovps and those guys offer up to 100 additional ips at 1usd per. This is exactly what I want. Need to be able to add 100+. Let me know if you guys know any other brands offering this service at a similar price/ or cheaper.

Some providers require explanation for extra IP usages.. I suppose you will need 99 reasons!

If the target welcomes your scraping, you only need one IP.
If the target doesn't want your scraping and starts to rate-limit you, your usage is abuse.
