I have to agree with you on this one, as smaller reseller plans will definitely attract abusers.
Anyone get their ticket replied?
I submit a ticket about my main domain error(I used a non-usable domain when making the order), and I also want to upgrade from the 2G plan to 25G plan.
They replied in less than half an hour, and solved all my issues.
I don't have my domain pointing to the server yet, is there a way to ssh/sftp in? I've already uploaded my pubkey.
Did you get an email with server setup details?
Yes, but ssh is not mentioned, and there is no ssh port open on the ftp IP provided.
