Hi nice offers. What do you mean by Strict Anti-Fraud and Anti-Abuse (0 TOLERANCE)?
Basically means that we will not be as tolerant in the location of Germany as we are in Canada. Normally we used to give people up to 15 days and 3-4 notices to remove abuse. Which only caused abusers to come back and abuse more! So now we will shorten the notice time up to 3 days and 2 notices before suspension/termination.
Abuse is considered: Phishing, child phornography, gun trafficking, TOR relays (for germany), port scanning (for germany) , SPAM and DDoS.
There will obviously be instant account termination if there was child phornography or gun trafficking.
About anti-fraud, we did not use to have an anti-fraud system implemented. Basically now we do. We wanted to give people their privacy, but as we have seen, this leads to a lot of fraud and abuse.
We used to be very relaxed and tolerant. But with the more abuse, the more strict we must get.

Got this one. Hosterlabs is easily accessible and provides immediate as well as professional support. Below is my bench testing (YABS v5) for reference.
hmm... HDD in RAID0... quite daring imo
but thanks for sincerity (someone do it but do not admit it..)
I have to double check it. I think it is raid 1 but I rather people have their backups...
P.D many people ask what does : DO NOT USE A VPN mean
It means please do not use a vpn while ordering as your order might be automatically flagged as fraud.

as NVMe disk, seems the IO not so good?
That one is indeed NVMe RAID 1. I have not done any tests on the server so far, but it is on a RAID array that might reduce it's performance by a certain degree/factor.

Double Checked it is on a 2x4TB HDD RAID 1 array. So you should be safe there.
