Well, the best whoud be for the same price which is 5 EUR/month, willing to even pay for a year at once.
Anyways that is not dedicated sources if you are miss interpreting them. It's highly unlikely you will find this specs for same money and ofcourse the above ones and also if at all some other provider does provides, will have shared resources. You can check for kimsufi servers though the specs you mentioned won't be same as contabo but they have dedicated resources.
