Perhaps rclone
It depends on what your target file hosts support.
Rclone is the best option.
rclone (or rsync, its underlying technology).
Or borgbackup.
Or duplicati.
Or duplicity.
Or rsnapshot.
But I'm an rclone man myself.
You can mount many cloud storage services with Fuse but none will give you 1tb (storage/bandwidth) for free.
I think your cheapest option is to rent a storage VPS by the hour then mount its filysystem from original VPS using rclone sshfs support, do your backups and uploads then kill the new VPS.
raindog.. rclone... the recurring repetition of the letter r
is refreshing
maybe you want to backup to filehosts like 1fichier?
But is rclone support every panels? i.e. webmin/virtualmin?
