I have this problem too.
I think it has to do with too many people trying to hack in to your your VNC..try looking at your access log and change your VNC port if you are using the default 5900.. might help
@earl Where can i find the access log ?
it should be under
/home/user/.vnc/
or if you used root/root/.vnc/
look for something with a .log@earl
I saw this : http://pokit.org/get/?7630cec6217a522ee64550bb5b723ca8.jpg
. Whats the solution for this problem ?

Hmm.. not sure maybe try what @joodle suggested.
Probably best to reword the title a bit better, maybe more people will be inclined to help.
Why do you need vnc to be always on, i have vnc on my vps running ubuntu 12.04 LTS,
when i need it i ssh to server "sudo tightvncserver :1"
when i am done i ssh to server "sudo tightvncserver -kill :1"
don't see how this would be a problem..
you can do "sudo tightvncserver -kill :1" with-in the vnc, no need to reopen ssh.
You can restart the service itself, probably avoid a reboot of the server. Have you considered that maybe you haven't logged out the first time?
