So much unprovisioned orders here, that's not even counting the ones from the main BF thread.

People are definitely not going to be getting their servers any time soon (if at all).

No worries. Nodes are being added and are installing.

  • Refunded my order after being pending for 30+h. Bells were ringing when i couldn't remove my payment card on your site after paying... Lucky me the support was able to do that (I hope) and also helped with a swift refund.

I didn't do anything this time. I called them out when they made a sketchy move to save themselves from getting banned. Nobody cared.

im new to vps, got openvz
it works but im not sure if it is great in comparison to others

  • I was looking for your AUP but the link isn't working. I'm mainly curious what restrictions there are for CPU/load usage. I can adjust my usage to the limits

  • 48+ hours no server now :(

  • Superb, Debain 10 now is added to the OS list.

I wish if you consider offering annual discounted plans too.

    I got OpenVZ one.

The password for SolusVM that described on "Your VPS is ready!" email did not work but the username is correct so I could request to reset password.

Reinstallable templates for OpenVZ: CentOS 6/7, Debian 8, Ubuntu 14.04/16.04/18.04
    NO Debian 10!
I installed Debian 8 and did dist-upgrade twice, now 10.

Serial console on SolusVM does not work because the sshd for serial console does not allow password authentication. lol

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it! We are working on the templates as we speak :)

I have the same issues. basically you template has a bug that on first install user can't access via ssh. reinstalling from control panel fixed this but you probably receive a lot of money refund request because a lot of your customer can't access their server

  • @VPSSLIM your offer said Each VPS is connected to a 1 Gbps uplink, but my vps is connected to 100Mbps uplink only.
    can you fix this?

    Hi :)

We are now in the datacenter to setup new nodes. Give or take 10 hours as we need to prepare settings and make sure it's a smooth setup for pending clients :)

Your patience is very much appreciated!

I'd love to, if you can tell me if my usage is acceptable. As a test, I used CPU for about 2 hours at load 1.5. Is that acceptable if I do it once a day?
So far, I'm very happy with the performance and I'll put it to good use :)

Not a big deal for 3Eur/month, but for everyone to be clear, will you shift the invoices by 1-3 days (depending on how long setup takes)? Its only 10 cents per VM/day, but some ordered more than 1 VM, and in total I assume a lot of VMs were sold, so that is a lot of income "for nothing"...

it was already mentioned that the discount is recurring. so, as long as you are continuously using and paying for it, you should be able to use the discount too
