I would prefer low ram , fast disk IO
More than slow disk and more ram
Because with the low ram vps I can always use swap but if the disk is slow I can't even benefit from the network speed or the bandwidth.. I'm talking in general

yes they are just bytes in size so the 1000 is 1KB also traceroute mtr etc not working
