Which providers offer Windows installed from templates?
Are there any providers which offer Windows installed directly from templates, ie no need to install CDs and sit through the installation process?
Short of that do any of the smaller providers (ie, not Hetzner or OVH etc) have ISOs that simply work? I don't have the time for fiddling with options to see if they will boot or not.

Based on VM box I have Nexusbytes, BuyVM and Wishosting they do have Windows Template
We offer this as well at all our locations.
