Hello,

I'm using VPS server from HostUS.us (aff) for couple of months, and I'm very happy with this company. There was just once a network error, because come customer abused their network to do DDoS but they have resolved that. I've paid this server for 2 years, renewal costs 60$ per year.

The only thing thing that I would suggest them, that they send mass email to customers when incidents or network failures are there (eg someone was abusing the network) so we don't break our head what's wrong with our server.

1 CPU, 2GB RAM, 40GB SSD, 10 GBPS, Netherlands.

    Good server and tech knowledge. Sadly we pulled out all services from them as we needed faster support and faster delivery.

  • Maybe @AlexanderM can take your feedback for support time. I didn't needed support for server, only for billing (to pay more years after the test stage) and to edit directadmin license hostname.

    What I mean is about network issue and there's no announcement / status or email notification for such issue or related/similar issues. Secondly, I had a purchase before that passed 24 hours without update. I still like them though but cannot really use them for business. Maybe when I have hobby sites later.
