It would be nice if such offers are made across different time zones so that everyone has a fair chance. And ofcourse a eligibility criteria would even be better, like minimum post/thank count, account age etc. This is so as to help those folks who actually contribute to the community and not the freeloaders who even open multiple accounts just for this purpose.
