PayPal IPN Incredibly slow?

Any getting issues with it? Its got to the point, its taking 15 minutes to 1 hour. Also confirmed on another few providers when i paid invoices, it took a while to be marked as paid.
Is it just me lol?

What billing panel you using?
Every provider that i've tested with has been WHMCS, another provider has confirmed vie Skype.
Only one I have ever had issues with was google checkout. PayPal IPN has always been good to me.

Paypal in general is SLOWWWW. Just the idea of going through transaction history on their site makes my head hurt.
Paypal is usuall really fast in general for me, except when your generating an income report.
Just a massive delay in IPN today.
I've had two customers open tickets today about funds not arriving, so I would assume its running slower than normal. From what I have seen its around 30-40m delayed.
Its good for me. So far so good.
All today, IPN Has been taking 12+ hours :S

Were affected so not sure. But its a pain in the a**. Got lots of tickets about suspended services when they had actually paid -_-

Been receiving a handful of invoices not paid but we sent the money complaints lately. Also noticing a bunch of IPN Handshake Invalid errors in the Gateway logs.
PayPal IPN has been very slow for us at times this month. We've received quite a few "I paid but my invoice is still showing unpaid" notices.
Yes, had this today. Its annoying as customers think its us trying to scam them by not providing the service, as PayPals such a large 'trust-worthy' (hahahaha) company.

Fixed this morning, then Back this afternoon. Oh dear.

Haven't had any issues since the update, that WAS in the fixes so I assume it fixed it
Yes, I can confirm the issue is again here. Tired of creating tickets to say: "I have paid invoice, please check it"
