Comments

  • 1) What is the connection speed of virtual servers?

    2) Do you ignore the DMCA?

    3) What is the additional 1 TB traffic charge?

  • spectraipspectraip Member, Patron Provider

We offer a 500 Mbps connection, additional bandwidth is €1.20 per TB (upgrading to a bigger plan is cheaper in most cases).

  • DMCA?

    Yes, they ignore the DMCA.

Unfortunately we were very busy a month ago, so tickets were answered too late. We deeply regret this and at the moment we have taken action which has greatly improved it.

At the moment we only offer basic protection, in the future it will (possibly) be possible to order extended DDoS protection.

Can you maybe respond to existing tickets instead of making new offers? Mine has been open for about 3 months with no response.

I appreciate your offers, but having a request open for that long is not acceptable.

Was thinking to order a box. But, postponed it after seeing your reply.

Hopefully, @spectraip will be able to improve support to get more business during BF days.

    VPS X8
    € 14,50 per month
    8 GB DDR4 RAM
    4 CPU cores
    200 GB SSD
    10 TB bandwidth

    And also

    Resources are dedicated, no overselling.

So, 4 cores it means 8 dedicated threads?

And 500 Mbps dedicated per VPS? Or is per server which contains all the virtual machines?

  • Where are the servers located?

We do not have any tickets open at the moment (a few tickets are "in progress", but not for 3 months)... can you please provide the ticket number in PM so I can check.

    --

@lovelyserver we offer 4 dedicated threads. 500 Mbps dedicated per VPS, our nodes have 2 or 4x 10G uplinks.

I think this is generalized to Amsterdam granted it would ring more bells at the internationals (and fellow Dutchmen - I had never heard of Wormer before haha). It's only located at a 20 km distance (probably 1ms latency).

Mentioning Wormer will ring other bells :D

VPS X8 looks very attractive. Do you plan any BF deals or do you already have some recurring promo codes?

Also do you (or you plan to) offer some free software licences (DirectAdmin, Blesta)?

    Thanked by 1niceboy

No need to bother now, I have moved on to another provider.

You can measure the cpu stealing if the node is oversold.

@HyperK9 I sent you a PM a few days ago. Unfortunately I haven't received a response yet. If you have the ticket number I can see what's going on.

Support is available daily. Currently the average response time to tickets is about 3 hours. Tickets that are opened during office hours are often answered within 1 hour.

    KVM, LXC, ...?

If you are interested, you can give me 3 days free access to a VPS and I benchmark it.

Thanks but my point was whether these X1, X2 are KVM or OVZ or ...?

I have the X8 and it’s KVM. So I assume everything is KVM.
    It works great so far.

    @jsg Everything is KVM.

Yes, you can upload your own ISO. But I think there's a limit of about 4GB per file.
