Been using them since they had a LET special (April or May) and no issues or downtime. Good speed out of the Chicago data center. Happy customer.
I also have been using them since April '19. It's a typical host, no communication, uptime/status not particularly reflecting reality. Disk/network performance is acceptable.
They had a few minor downtime episodes, with the exception of a single episode which lasted ~40 minutes - this was about 2 months ago. Solusvm, client control panel, and main site were down. Then they came back up, but of course, no notification, no updates on the status page. My guess is DDOS, but I have no official knowledge of what happened.
