10gbps port speed with your budget very difficult to find its almost impossible.
1 Gbps will be possible.

You can change the contract duration by clicking "Mindestvertragslaufzeit wechseln". Afaik they aren't accepting cryptocurrency - why should they? Bank transfer and PayPal are definitively enough.

im sorry to say there is no way you will get a 10GBps port, on your budget and if some one says they can I would think hard about the quality of service
Have you considered the obvious yet? Hetzner Cloud has 2 VMs in your budget: CX41 and CPX31. Both should perform quite well for your use case.

@Islander did you find something? We are provider too but to get 10 Gbps in that price I think it's not possible.
The obvious: Epyc based Hetzner cloud (CPX series). Plenty of headroom.
