@Orekix, your request seems to be dual e5 CPUs. Maybe you can switch them to single, but powerful, CPU. I recommend http://spectraip.net/dedicated-servers/ based on Ryzen 9. Ask support about ETA, there can be delays.

yes should told i need windows 180 day not need for licence i am not planning on longterms use !

it is less $100, but they added setup fee, havent mentioned.

12core sadly ! I already order from Alexbarakov's and another provider forget to write that i need 3 or 4 server
