RuVDS is another provider. I think he confuses providers.
Anyway, for customers here who already created Tor exit nodes (like @ayiemy), is it allowed to host Tor exit, in HostVDS?
If you using it for your own needs - no problem. If you will use it as a public needs - abuses may come - we wont ignore abuses, so it important.
What about IPv6 ?

I run my own mailserver -didn't get mail. Signed up on a GApps Domain and was able to receive it there. /shrug
In Russia, VDS is just an alias of VPS ... :-D

Which should only be a problem if you're planning to run a mail server. But if you're planning to run a production application/mail server on a $0.79/month VPS, you've got other problems.
So got my instance up and configured with HetrixTools with a somewhat important workload (nowhere near mission critical, but recurring backups). I have high hopes and will monitor up-time on it. I'm still really appreciating the security group access as it helps me lock down one step further.

Reason:
1. Lower latency and less packet loss for Southeast Asia user.
2. There already a lot of HK hosting,but for Singapore still not having a lot hosting.
3. Singapore is the central of the Southeast Asia,Most big hosting will choose SG as their 1st or 2rd DC location in Asia.
4. HK is better only for Taiwan,Japan,Korea and China.
But SG can serve well for Thailand,Malaysia,Singapore,Indonesia and Philippines.
