Reliable Domain Registrar and Hosting.
Hello!
A friend of mine owns a company that's based on phone applications (food delivery), he told me that he's looking to get a simple website (One page with his application info and download links for ios and android), and he wants a domain. He wants shared hosting in Europe from a reputable company, he wants a dedicated IP (per his developer request) and he's based in Europe. Also, he wants to register a domain name for his company, what's the best domain name registrar out there? I use Namecheap myself but I want something better for him.

Namecheap is good one, but go for namesilo as it is way better
