Looking for reliable & cheap hosting service from European Servers. I also need an additional CDN service. After going through various forums I found it was an hectic task to find a suitable hosting company for my requirement & budget. Some companies had a good review but upon deep search it was found to be not good. My website has about 5-7k monthly visitors from the Middle East, so I prefer a small plan.
Could you help me with choosing a suitable service ?

With the requirements that you are talking about, I think HostGator's shared plan should do the job. Its affordable provides a CDN and can easily accommodate more than the users you are quoting with great bandwidth.
Also, they have data centers in the Middle East, so uptime, latency, or even speed won't be an issue.
Basic plans begin at less than $2.

You are one of the super rare breed on LET that talks about Hostgator. I find it amusingly refreshing but weird at the same time.
I would recommend using virtual hosting from the Fozzy company, there are several locations to choose from, they have fast and not expensive hosting, you can also use it for free for 7 days.
