We use the Hypervisor control panel completely owned and developed by us. It offers you full control over your server and also the ability to use a GUI based firewall, installation scripts and ssh keys as well.

Does this mean that every month you can do database security updates for that one hour? Do we need to open up a ticket or is it done automatically? Also does this include your $4.00 servers in the US? How could this benefit me as opposed to launching a cheap Vultr server or something and launching Ghost that way.

Since this is complimentary, you have to open a ticket and the clock ticks when we start working.

How could this benefit me as opposed to launching a cheap Vultr server or something and launching Ghost that way.

Let's say that we tend to communicate a lot more with our customers than the hyper-scale providers who are mostly a self-service cloud. Of course, that doesn't mean we will do everything for just $4 that doesn't make sense. 1h of Managed support is truly complementary, just to show our appreciation towards you for your business with us.

I've used the 1G in ATL for a bit over a month, and so far - it has been great.
Didn't know that the CC network in Atlanta is so good. Definitely better connected than iNap in Atlanta.

From the first post it seems the code only works on 4 GB plans and above

Thought the same when starting a virmach dedi in atl. Not perfect for mia but 700mbit/s upstream to texas is nice. Some servers in Texas don't get that.
