When I last tried California seems to have the best
From my experience,
1. Los Angeles
2. Dallas
But u still need to find for different hosting that using different routing.
Some hosting network can get about 170-180+ms. (Best scenario)
Normal will get about 200ms or higher.
And for TM Unifi to US,it really not stable due to the routing to a ip may change on different timeframe.(Unifi Network to Worldwide network overload)
For Maxis or others ISP,i not sure.
Cali and Seattle.
Thanks for the answers. I put up a request for a dedicated server in LA
Check out @MrRadic's ReliableSite

I recommend you look up different hosters with Looking glass websites. Those are very handy when comparing networks.
Try www.shinjiru.com. Their network and support aren't bad for Malaysia.
Clouvider just launched US dedicated on LA & NY
might be give it a try as well

Yeah go for LA if you're in MY.
Latency wise the best US state for Malaysia users is Guam With 180ms ping to US west coast the TTFB on the TLS connection will land beyond 1 second. TCP slow start will make things even more miserable. Why not consider Singapore?
