Disk Type: SAS/HDD (RAID5+)

Bandwidth: 20TB+ (unmetered preferred)
Port Speed: 1024mbit

Location: None preferred

Budget: $6-7 USD for 1tb / 10$ for 2TB

Will be using it for downloading files and upload to google drive.

    Two cores and that much speed with 20TB+ bandwidth is highly doubtful. Instead opt for some seedbox provider and pay it annually and you will grossly come around to that price money ~ 11-12$ per month.

    • Oneprovider.com (You can find some vps with 13-14 euros per month but if you buy in some promo or subscribe using newsletter they have offers on and off can cost you 11 euros per month if purchased annually, speed chokes around 10-15 mbps most of the time)
    • Seedboxes.cc (unlimited bandwidth provider)
    • Time4vps is single core but fits your budget but bandwidth stands again for limitation (you will have to upgrade your slot with 1$/month for 1gbps port)
    • Liteserver is another choice but bandwidth limitations and core is single again. Very stable and good performance.
    • Hostens vps
    • Contabo vps has what you are looking for except the HDD can be half or 1/3rd of your requirements. I bet this offer for you.
    • You may get lucky if you find kimsufi (100 mbps) or soyoustart (250 mbps) vps. They are most of the time sold out.
    • Hostsolution.ro is fine on specs but I have seen people complaning of speeds been choke to 5-6 Mbps uploading or Downloading.
    • Hetzner cloud is better but that has minum budget that will take you to roughly 26$/month.
    • You may look for feral hosting, that suits your said stats but again speed chokes at 15-17 mbps.

    Remember with that budget you will get choke unless you have raised budget and can afford dedicated server. Assume that you will always get speed around 20-30 mbps and sometimes floating to 40-50 mbps.

    IO is limited to 50mb/s and peering to Google Servers isnt the best ....

    Port is 100mbps I believe and extra 1$ for 1gbps port

    Agreed did recent check and fell on 25-30 mb/s IO speed.
