Looking for cheap 10+ core VPS anywhere

Hello!
I am looking for 10 core+ VPS with a minimum of 2GB RAM, no matters the location (but I would prefer USA, CA, EU, RU or AU.
My budget: $20 (better cheaper).
Any suggestions?

Get a Doctor, you better of with that dedicated machine.
You are going to find it difficult to find a VPS with those specs anywhere - especially the desired locations.
Dedcated machine for a vps price? good luck or get dedicated.
Why dont you get a dedicated for a price quite close to your budget. Dual L5520s would be a great bang for the buck !
