It is hot storage. Pretty much no one on LET does cold storage, so your question seems odd.

I have seen providers doesn't let for hot storage. Their storage vps's are for just backup. But files in my server will be downloaded frequently. That's why I asked. Glad to know hot storage is allowed

We just want a couple of months to clear some space in Dallas since we have no room. We already started to do so. Ryzen will be available in Dallas it will be at low availability but at last it will be there for who are interested with large 3tb available as well.

Is Dallas' network comparable to LA's? Very happy with my LA ones so far... Dallas seems like there would be more cowboy boots and less botox than LA
I'm just looking for some more diversity. No need to have all the eggs in the same (LA) basket. Besides Dallas is a very common hub for hosting across the nation. Cheap land, very cheap electricity and a lot of options for connectivity to build up a good DC.

There are controls in the panel to adjust these features such as space, cpus and memory. I haven't tried it myself, but it seems to be a provided as a self-service.
Yes. I have done in the past with no issue. As @Crab says, you just do so self-service via the online portal after your service has been activated.

torrenting is fine. Keep it legal and you'll probably be fine so long as you stay within bandwidth caps.

Your support team is not fully supporting... I purchase and used as a normal VPS to host all my website...after WHM/Capel was installed and I installed my Wordpress site...All my sites did not appear at the internet. After asking help from the Cpanel support team and Namecheap support team I did what I was told to do but still my site did not appear on the internet...so I asking LetBox support team if they can help. I so surprised that your support team wanted to charge me for $$$ to help for my misconfiguration...Ifs this the way LetBox manage your client?
If you are check that we are unmanaged services and we already help by installing cPanel for you without charge you. In the ticket you said you will handle it over once we got the cPanel installed and we did free charge. So please kindly check your dns issues.
