PHPMyAdmin not loading in DirectAdmin

ChalipaChalipa Member

Hello,
PHPMyAdmin is not working in DirectAdmin for me, it keeps loading and loading and nothing shows up.

I have searched and found https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/phpmyadmin-not-found.59917/

I have personal license and it does not include ticket support, and their forum is not active as it should be, so basically the personal license (in my experience) does not include any kind of support what so ever.

Any idea, how can I solve this issue??

Thanks in advance.

  •  cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
     ./build update
     ./build phpmyadmin

    Try this.

    I tried this several times, no luck! :(

  • Have you tried to reinstall mysql/mariadb via custom build?

    Different browser?

    Yes, reinstalled it again (just now) but still the same.

    Used it in both Chrome and FireFox, still the same issue.

    Feel free to shoot me a pm and I would be happy to assist.

  • Start from chrome dev tools, see if there are any errors
    Then look at the PHP error log.
    Bingo, you are done.

    init https://forum.directadmin.com/

    if (!no_answer_from_DA_forum) {
    contact_DA_support;
    receive_answer;
    }

    if (!receive_answer && !no_answer_from_DA_forum) {
    complaint_at_LET;
    }

    That's algorithm you should follow. Do not go against the system, do not reinvent compiler again and again.
