I have cleared this up to you, but seemed clear to myself. We have multiple VPS nodes and different CPU configurations.
Well how are your clients going to know what CPU they'll get? E5-2650 @ 2.00GHz OR L5520 @ 2.26GHz?
Depends on time of order, orders are placed over x amount of nodes, VPS' are put on the node with the least resource sold/resource in use.
Orders are most Likly to be put on the dual L5520's as we a lower persentage of vps' on these CPU configurations.

Nice offer, but I can't sign up. I went to the link shown and went through the registration and got to the page that has the checkout button (just below the agree to terms and conditions check box) but when I press the checkout button, I get a blank page. I was able to get into the Hostus site finally. Seems the registration part worked OK but failed to let me pay for it. When I attempted to reregister, it told me I was already registered. So I logged in and found and unpaid invoice. The rest of the installation went smoothly.
