DMCA Specifically does not apply to us been a UK based company, but obviously any complaints that come in regarding copyright theft will be addressed when brought to our attention, as they should be by any responsible provider.

Shouldn't be an issue when used as you mentioned initially however.

I'm not sure. I think NO (They not tolerate the not legal torrents/activity). I'm not using their services for torrent. You should check their TOS/AUP, or ask them via ticket.
