Searching LowEnd VPS

Hi,
I'am serching a lowend VPS with this criteria:

Location: Germany, Netherlands
Min. 256 MB RAM
Min. 10GB Storage
0.2 - 1Gbps uplink
Min. 1TB bandwith unmetered would be nice

I want to use the VPS as OpenVPN server and for an SSH tunnel.
Torrenting and IPTV Streaming through the VPN.

Why not to get VPN services from Windscribe as they option of custom plans from $1 per location per month.

But I can't use all ports for my SSH Tunnel right?

My budget is around 2$ / month,
because I don't need much hardware, just the Bandwith.

Torrenting will get you kicked of the network faster then a bird shits on your newly washed car.

So if you decide to sign up, don’t use it for torrenting.

Netherlands is a possible location for torrenting, Germany is a big no-no. Maybe Luxembourg (via BuyVM) would work? Otherwise, AMS has the usual suspects (Scaleway etc.).

Do you think that VPS will be better for VPN usage? It will be still logged all activity by DC and traceable usage.
