A little bit flexible on the transfer, some months will use less than 1TB, other months will use slightly more than 2TB, for example 2TB 200 GB.
Will probably need good CPU as this project involve unzip/unrar files less than 10GB each rar file.
Location: first choice is West coast US, then East coast US, then lastly any Europe country.
Budget: the cheaper the better. I'll probably choose the cheapest offer posted here.
Plan: monthly preferred. Annual is ok with significant discount.
Some sort of reliable refund policy ? I need to test the CPU, RAM and HDD for couple of days before I can know the server is good enough. This test is not going to consume a lot of traffic, CPU or HDD.
