If you tried to get a Dallas server, indeed it wasn't working, but we've fixed that now.

You have many location, can you open server in Singapore or Hong Kong in 2020?
We are considering expanding to the ASIA region, but we haven't chose any location yet, we are still prospecting.
Anyway, we would like to open Los Angeles (CA/US) location first, and we will go for Asia probably in the second half of 2020.
