Hostmem has customized a small RAM VPS for clients who do not need many resources and that will save them tons of money in the long run. They submitted this to us, so we are passing it along to you. This VPS Plan starts at just $12.99 a year.

Their WHOIS is public and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept VISA, MASTER, AMX, Unionpay, Alipay and Wechatpay as payment methods.

As always we’re interested in hearing your feedback so feel free to comment in the comments section below.

Here’s what they had to say about their company:

“ is a new web hosting provider which is designated to provide reliable web hosting environment to small and medium size users. Our projected client numbers will be kept between 500 and 700 users to ensure we have enough resources to accommodate all users. We introduce self-developed control panel DuduVM as our backend user interface. We specifically designed this interface that allows clients to pay for what they use and they can adjust resources as needed.”
