I'm looking for a reliable KVM/Xen host with support for bringing your own ISO.

I'm trying to find something cheaper than UpCloud at $10 per month with the same specs, so I need at least 1 core, 2GB RAM and 35GB space.

Location must be in the Netherlands or Germany. Preferably Amsterdam
