I have been looking for a stable long term reliable Windows VPS provider with below specs
4 GB RAM
4 vCore 2.5+ CPU
40 GB SSD
1-2TB B/W
1 ipv4
Windows Server standard 2016-2019
Location - In Europe Only
Budget around 13 USD per month, but it is flexible.
Have below providers in mind , but could not found detailed reviews.
- NexusBytes
- SmartHost
- Hyonix
- Contabo
If any other providers also do let me know .

Honestly, nexusbytes (@seriesn) is the best value for money. @SmartHost is awesome. Both those providers are excellent and highly recommended. If they rip you off I'll personally pay you back, that's how confident I am.

Nexus Bytes Germany can offer you powerful Ryzen cores with free Windows server 2019 license. I think @seriesn can work something out for you. Once you try his Ryzen CPU + NVMe disk you will know what is a beastly VPS.
That LES exclusive deal would probably be ideal, but I don't remember if it's AMD or Intel..
That's Intel. There are only two so I don't know if it is out but given his budget, he can get his specs (maybe @seriesn will be willing to throw in a couple of goodies). Oh don't forget, you get that free backup NAT VPS as data insurance.
Kimsufi server can install windows through dd, but there is no ssd

But, I need VPS only as will install a proprietary service.
4 2.5+ cores and 4 GB RAM will handle it smoothly.
No overloaded node and high host uptime will be enough .
Just saving this for posterity.

Haha, it's a pretty easy bet to be honest. They're both solid in their own reasons. SmartHost has been in the game for a really long time, and Nexus Bytes has the advantage of being run by someone who is determined to never deadpool by any means necessary and has really awesome service that rivals the big boys. It's the same thing that actually drew me to @HostDoc, his determination to not deadpool borderlines on OCD crazy insane. I'd recommend HostDoc, but there's no Windows license.. but feel free to bring your own.
