Are you sure 15gb hdd space for 84$/year?
We are using Netscout/Arbor hardware for mitigation. You can look at the pricing for those devices.
We commit an x amount of clean traffic to pass through the devices, not on high Gbps speeds. The number of legitimate packets to flow through these devices is covered by licensing costs. The licensing is based on the number of reporting objects, and volume of traffic.
We don't use IP-Only or Voxility transit. They have different PoPs and network layouts which can't be compared.
Our pricing falls under LEB range, so it should not be an issue.
