Looking for dedicated servers

Hello, I am looking for two or three dedicated servers. minimal requirements are listed below:

CPU: Xeon E3-1230 / Ryzen 1400
Memory: 16GB
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 3TBx2
Port speed: 100Mbps
Transfer: 30TB/mo
IP address: 1 IPv4 + 1 IPv6
DDOS protection: required
Location: EU

Budget is USD 55 (~EUR 50), but still open
Billing period: Monthly

Additional requirements:
Have rescue system and have IPMI/vKVM (I use customized OS which is installed manually).

I know Hetzner can make one, but I am looking for alternatives.
I saw some good offers, but I can't find one with mixed storage or customizable. So I open this discussion.

You can find our Black Friday offers in our new Amsterdam & Frankfurt locations here, however I think with the additional HDD's we would be over budget.

We will have some pre-configured units with both SSD and HDD back on our sale page soon, but not sure on the exact sizes we have available.
