Ramdisk is the best disk - but you really do have to back it up somewhere.
Ram > NVMe > SSD > Spinning Hard Drive > Floppies > Paper Tape/Punch Cards.

for me all these deals are unusable if they dont have at least one dedicated thread or 1/2 thread of cpu . . . Even though I grabbed one , just like last year for shit and giggles. And while they are certainly cheap... some offer are cheap expensive if you know what i mean (150a year for example)
Something like 1GB or 2GB RAM with 20 to 40GB space with 1/2 cpu thread dedicated would be excelent for some production use.
