Recommend me USB-C Charging Compatible ultrabook
I am a web programmer, so I don't really need much horsepower. I think Core i5 with 8GB of Ram is enough.
Any recommendation ? Preferably around $1000
Because I hate bring a lot of type charger everywhere. With USB C, I can charge My Phone, My Switch, and my Laptop

My GF uses a 2018 LG Gram, and IMO it's great, especially since it's really light. However, iirc it only supports 60W PD charging.
The 2019 edition is around $900 for the 13' model. Maybe have a look?

Edit: Apparently this evil corp called Microsoft makes those lappies...
You should probably bump your spec to 16GB RAM.
I tried running a daily driver on 8GB thinking it's would be enough, and it would start hitting the swap very heavily and very quickly. 8GB is not nearly enough these days for any laptop or desktop I use on a regular basis. 16GB is barely enough, and 32GB is much more comfortable.
I'm at 10GB of 32GB right now, and I'm not doing anything crazy. Emacs, Firefox, DBeaver, NextCloud, Mattermost, Tilix, and Django dev server under Gnome on Fedora.
XPS 13 :-)
If you're a web programmer (no compiling source code) grab a Surface Go. Or if you need something bigger HP ENVY 13
Dunno about "Ultra" but I got a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 2-3 months ago and love it, has thunderbolt and USB-C charging of course. It's also a 2-in-1 with touchscreen. I switched to it from an XPS 13.
