HeartInternet - 99p deals!
I've just come across this, heart internet have a sale on until January and you can get a VPS for a year only costing you 99p!!
And a few other things as well, I know the reseller stuff is rubbish but a VPS for a year for 99p. Seriously?
This is either a good or bad thing.

This is just a crap Managed VPS offer which means you won't get any root access. Same unmanaged VPS is GBP 19.99/month.
managed vps is not 'crap', and you don't need root access. it's great hosting.

What I did was signup with VPN to signup, then closed VPN and logged in to order. I can't order while VPN was on cause it will give error Location cann't be verified etc. after signup/login page.
I do remember 15 years ago was company called Supanames doing the same thing offering a managed VPS service but really selling shared account with more resources.
One of our clients has a bunch of stuff with Heart. One of the worst companies you can choose. Not worth it even at this price.
I would definitely avoid Heart. They've gone downhill ever since being bought out by HEG. Regular issues and outages, eg

Honestly, it does, for a managed service.
I contacted them myself to see if more ips could be added they told that they couldn’t add any additional IPS due to it being managed server and I’d need to use the unmanaged server to add additional IPS.
