Just was e-mailed this offer by EUServ (forgot that I still receive newsletters from them as I actually was gonna opt out). Their 99,90% Uptime SLA and network aren't known for being the best, still at 41€/month that's not too shabby.

Of course, for a couple more Euros you can get a HETZNER, so pick carefully

If you want to cancel monthly, setup fee is ~95€ish. Yearly contract it is about 54€.
