They use Direct Admin. The panel is working fine, but it's more easy to use cPanel if you think on the future to migrate. I say this regarding the full account backup which can be very convenient.
@SerNetHosting did you have inodes limit?

@doughnet iirc DirectAdmin isn't tied to a "primary domain", so you should be able to just delete the "old domain" and add the new one

You can indeed, you can update this in Direct Admin without having to ask us to do so for you, however, for it to update in the client area you will need to open a ticket with us.
