    Oh and... Summer is already over kiddo...

    Online support has many support persons in queue and if every second time new support person reply on your ticket without reading anything in previous persons reply. And then you have to explain him/her whole story from starting. I do not know what else you want to say about this support.

    Just as example below is FIRST reply from Céline,

    "We have requested a refund for you, which has been accepted. The refund is made and will be made within 14 days."

    And just please check timestamp from online support system

    Céline First Replay ) Ticket created on 2019-10-01 07:51:32, read on 2019-10-01 07:53:14
    My previous reply ) Ticket created on 2019-10-01 07:16:38, read on 2019-10-01 07:50:04

    So in less than one and half minutes (2019-10-01 07:51:32 - 2019-10-01 07:50:04) , she has gone through whole ticket and even replied as well. Then I have to explain full ticket from starting.

    @bene_online, please check above timestamps in ticket 808474 and let me know if I am wrong.

    Hope you do not have same attitude "Buying services for 2 eur and making shit storm for 2000 eur." for your "Free Wordpress hosting". Your service may be free but if you think that you can kill all website tomorrow and then as it was free so no one should complain about this, then you are wrong. Your suggestion for Online is good one but could not understand what you are targeting with your free hosting cheapskates or premium. Or you know how to handle cheapskates but online does not.

    13. I waited for whole one day and on 27 evening, I created another ticket 808474, asking how long it will take.
    14. Then Mr. Ian replied that “I'm forwarding your ticket to our advanced specialists.” So wait
    15. I waited for two days.
    16. Yesterday morning at 10AM, Mr. Jaroslaw said that my order is cancelled as they do not have server in stock.
    17. Now randomly their support persons reply to ticket without reading what other support person already said to me.
    18. And today morning Mr. Ian replied saying that start-2-s-sata are in stock so order again at https://www.online.net/fr/serveurs-dedies/start-2-s-sata
    19. I checked this page and now price was 8 euro and I said now price is 8 euro but order which canceled due to their stock was euro 2. I said yesterday was last day of month so why not they waited for 2-3 days as there was chance that today they will get stock and they can deliver server to me. Indeed they have 42 servers when I checked in morning.
    20. Then Céline replied “We apologize for the inconvenience, because we never have the arrival dates of our future stocks. We had no visibility on this.”

    So here are some facts

    1. They accepted my order in sale even though they do not have servers in your stock.
    2. They keep saying me for three days that I will get server soon.
    3. They cancelled my order saying that they do not have server.
    4. After few hours they have more that 42 server available.
    5. Now they want me to pay four times price of sale price without any fault from my side

    pretty bad experience you had there... wow

    Not to defend them, but to have visited Online's and OVH's data centers (at least one of each), I can say Online is years ahead.

    Cleaner, + reliable, +secure etc
