Well, I do have AllAboutVPS.com which has just Wordpress installed and nothing is done thereafter.

I had planned to start "Yet another VPS blog/tutorial site" but couldn't manage time & dedication for it.

So, yeah I'll sell the project, hoping someone would genuinely make good use of it.
