If you purchase a RIPE/APNIC, can you have ARIN ips (v4/v6), or LACNIC ips (v4/v6) on that ASN?
what is the difference of register an ASN on any region.
There's no technical difference (ie. you can announce IP's from any region using an ASN from any region). However, most RIR's require that you use the ASN (and IP space) at least somewhere in their region or primarily in their region.
I could do a /32 ARIN IPv6 if interested.
WTB (yes, permanent transfer) a /22 IPv4 subnet for 10$ per IP. RIPE.
