    Attractive pricing but unfortunately quite sluggish performance. I say that based on a VPS I have in their Moscow DC. Support is mediocre, you need quite some patience but there are/is some english speaking support people.

    We have from 2.8 Ghz per core up to 3.33, depend on CN node.
    Also you can try any another locations for free (just delete you current VPS in billing and create new one in another location).

    I feel for you, I had a 15€/y one in Novosibirsk, network was trash.
    So they offered to migrate the machine to Moscow.

    Every once in a while, my Smokeping fills my inbox with packetloss notifications.
    Wonderfull.

    alright my experience with them were good i just renew my subscription for 6 months after i test it for 3 months ,
    the network were good most of time except some unusual speed drop while I was working on the node (upgrading the OS ) ,
    The CPU speed for single core were not enough for me (TBH I'm using it for live video transcoding ) when I upgrade the CPU to 2 core I saw some improvement ,, it's not the worst CPU I experience with but this is expected since i't KVM and resource are limited to your plan .
    I'll be greedy if I ask for power CPU resource and 200/Mbs line on the same time,

    I use several VPSes at them more than year.
    What i can say - it's pretty stable, long time online without restarts, no problem at whole & long time..
    Yes, i know performances are not "bombastic", but sure they are ACCURATE with their prices, and prices are nice. (People who wants IO 1GB/sec or similar, for $1.40 are wrong..)
    I can recommend them definitely, as cheap but stable VPSes in Russia

    As I remember your VPS in Novosibirsk location was teminated many months ago, after this Adman location was fully upgraded and transfered directly to main provider. And if you or anybody have any packet loss problems, VPS can easy transfer anytime for FREE to another location or to another CN node inside current location by our support request.

    Im just talking about what all of our users can change location and CN server for free any time of server use (including yearly plans).
    You monitoring only one server in one location, so if this server have some problems its can easy change by our support request.
    And if you want to monitor all of our locations by your service and publish results of monitoring you can just write to us and we can make all VPSs for free.
