It is our option to give you upgrades. You can get more disk, IPs, bandwidth etc. Please open a ticket for more details.
By default you get Hardware Raid card and plenty of disk options to choose from. We also double the ram of your setup and you get additional 100mbps bump on port speed. We can also then announce your IPs and you get priority support.
Cost depends on drive config and we do pretty much anything. From 240G ssd to 1.92 TB NVMe.
For servers that supports 3.5" drives we do from 4TB to 14TB combos

No, what happens this days is someone is trying to pound your ordering system so you can't do your advertising campaign properly. It is also interesting that it happens only when you post on LET.
