AFAIK mod_cloudflare is no longer supported. You can try mod_remoteip instead.

I actually found it in EA and then changed log format. This thread from cpanel helped me to locate apache log format: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/unable-to-find-or-modify-log-format-in-apache-configuration.642641/
