Hi, because my current small 512 VPS have constant network issues, and hardware issues, I'm searching for a replacement:
- Annual payment (i wanna pay and forget about my hobby projects for a year)
- Price range <= 15$ / y
- KVM
- 512-1024MB RAM
- 1x CPU ~2Ghz (my app will consume around 1-5%, maybe less, maybe will be idle, but I do not want to receive overshared VPS wherein most inactive time (at night) I will feel noticeable lags/delays/freezes with the VPS.
- Location: EU
- disk: SSD 2-5GB will be more than enough.
- port: 100mbit-1gbit\s
- BW: ~100-200GB will be enough.

You should try doing OpenVZ. For some reason I find them more stable, even though everyone else says it is the other way around. Or just combine them both if you can find a provider utilizing OpenVZ KVM
4 answers so far, only 1 of which is not totally off (the one by @ITLabs recommending @FR_Michael).
The other 75% of answers are on another continent or 100% over budget or ignorant and nonsensical.
