No ssd and low bandwidth, though it does seem good. I'd still go with hetzner.

For OpenVZ VPS 2 the monthly price is 4 usd and for yearly subscription is 50 usd (so 4,17 usd). Do you request more money (a higher monthly rate) for an yearly payment?
