dediserve.com control panel down?

When trying to login to dediserve.com control panel i am getting SSL errors "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"

ssllabs are also reporting issues.

nothing is reported on their status page, or twitter.

i hope this isn't a hack or anything.

wow, they are saying their SSL expired. Even tho that would be giving a different error.
My confidence in dediserve is drops every time i talk to their team.

ahahahah, they can't fix it because their senior admin doesn't work on weekends. So no one can get into their control panel until the next work day for their senior admin. Wow.

We do not care if you find our SSL certificate to be expired. You can still manage to login though.

Everyone Junior, or whatever has seen a ssl certificate before can fix that.
Sounds more like a permission problem and makes sense to not give anyone access to the panel.

Besides, the Senior should be reachable even on weekends to get in and fix it.
