I need 12 VPS in 12 different US locations with /27 IPs on each server.
3GB RAM
20GB Storage
Dual Core CPU
Locations:
1) Los Angeles
2) Chicago
3) Arizona
4) New Jersey
5) Washington
6) Florida
7) Georgia
8) Pennsylvania
9) Massachusetts
10) Canada
11) Germany
12) UK
Budget: $45-50 for each server with /27 IPs.
IP will use for VPN clients.

lol. what's your shoes case / proxyfication for 30 IPs per 3GB vps?
Word of advice, you only just joined and asked for a single VPS with a lot of ip space, What is the use case at least this could potentially help you not get accused of wanted to spam ...
that's the thing. there simply is no whitehat use case one could think of to justify that kind of request. never has been.
